The learned Counsel for the Plaintiff and learned Counsel for Defendants jointly state that supplemental minutes of the consent order dated 04.12.2021 have been executed by the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos.1 and 2 and signed by the Advocates as well as themselves. Supplemental minutes of the consent order provide that certain additions are to be made to the consent terms which had been executed on 04.09.2020 and taken on record by order dated 16.09.2020 and Suit decreed in terms of the consent terms. The supplemental minutes of the consent order dated 04.12.2021 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

I, therefore, pass the following order :

i) Order is passed in terms of the supplemental minutes of the order dated 04.12.2021.

ii) The supplemental consent terms recording the agreement between the parties ("agreement") dated 16.11.2021, is taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification.

iii) Suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms r/w the supplemental consent terms.

iv) Assistant of this Court.
