It is observed that on 5th April,2024, this court (Coram: Arif S. Doctor, J.) has passed the following order:- "1. The present Notice was on board today.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Claimant however requests for some time.

2. At the request of the learned counsel for the Claimant, as and by way of absolute last chance, stand over to 12th April, 2024."

Today when the matter is called out, again Ms. Bijal Gogri, learned counsel appears for the Applicant and requests for time to take instructions, although it was made clear on the last occasion that if no instructions are obtained, this Court would consider dismissing the Notice. 3.

Again today no instructions have been obtained. Therefore, the Notice is dismissed.
