The applicant is an ex-worker of the company in liquidation. He has also stated in the affidavit that he was not aware of the procedure to be followed and he was advised of the procedure only when he approached the office of the official liquidator. In the circumstances, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(a) and (b).
