This Petition was originally filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Thereafter, on 27th January 2016, the Petitioner sought leave to amend the Petition so as to also invoke Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Leave as sought for was granted.

In the above view, the Petition would now have to be registered on the Appellate side. The Registry in the Original Side is directed to transfer this Petition to the Appellate Side of this Court, who shall then register this Petition on the Appellate 1/2 VRD
