The Interim Application is filed seeking permission to travel abroad from 14th November 2022 to 25th November 2022. It is submitted that look-out-circular is challenged by the Applicant and the Writ Petition is pending. The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant wants to travel to Dubai for business purpose. Earlier also the Applicant has been permitted to travel abroad.
The learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that huge amount is outstanding against the Applicant. The Applicant is a 1/3
guarantor in his personal capacity.
Considering that the Applicant was permitted to travel abroad earlier and the petition challenging the look-out-circular is pending, we pass the following order:

The Applicant is permitted to travel to Dubai from 14th November 2022 to 25th November 2022 on following conditions: (i) The Applicant shall, on affidavit disclose the entire itinerary and same shall be filed with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court. A copy of the same shall be handed over to the Bank.
(ii) The Applicant shall, on affidavit disclose all his assets, movable as well as immovable. The Affidavit shall be filed with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court. A copy of the same shall be handed over to the Bank.
(iii) The Applicant shall not dispose, alienate or create third party interest in respect of his assets, without permission of the competent Court.
(iv) The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant would purchase the tickets of economy class only. (v) The Applicant shall also on affidavit state that the Applicant would return to India on 25th November 2022. The said Affidavit shall be filed with the Prothonotary and Senior 2/3
Master of this Court. A copy of the same shall be handed over to the Bank.
(vi) For the purpose of travel to Dubai from 14th November 2022 till 25th November 2022, the impugned look-out-circular shall not be an impediment. The Bank shall inform the Immigration Authority, accordingly.
(vii) The Interim Application is disposed of. (viii) Place the Writ Petition on 1st December 2022, for admission.
