This chamber summons is to bring on record the legal heirs of defendant no.16 who died on 25th June 2017. This chamber summons has been lodged on 3rd December 2018 because only on or about 28th November 2018 advocate for defendant no.1 informed plaintiffs' advocate about the demise of defendant no.16. The chamber summons is taken out within time. Therefore, chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended plaint to be served within three weeks from today.
