We have taken note of the preliminary objection of respondent no. 2.

The transfer and treatment of respondent no. 2 from the private hospital to JJ Hospital appears to be because of the orders passed by the learned Single Judge of this court who is hearing the dispute about the Power of Attorney in Suit No. 828 of 2018. Prayer is for directing that court to hear the notice of motion in nilegaonkar 1/2

The other prayer is to direct the Dean, JJ hospital to form a Committee of experts to submit status report of health of respondent no. 2. This prayer can very well be made to the learned Single Judge in the pending litigation. Hence, keeping all the contentions open in that respect, we dispose of the present writ petition.
