Perused the Chamber Order and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order, the Plaintiffs are allowed to serve the Writ of Summons as well as Notice of Motion No. 1997 of 2015 on Defendant Nos. 3, 4, 5, 8 to 13 by way of Substituted Service i.e. through publication in local newspapers namely Free Press Journal (in English) and Navshakti (in Marathi) made returnable on 22 nd February, 2016.
