Heard Mr.Amit Shroff, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.R. Page, learned Counsel for the respondent. 2.

By this Motion, the petitioner has sought condonation of delay of 15 days caused in filing petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, 'Act'). 3.

Mr. Shroff submitted that the award was made on 23.8.2018. The signed copy of the award was served on the petitioner on 4.9.2018 and the petition under Section 34 of the Act is presented on 5.12.2018 in this Court. He submitted that for the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of Motion, delay of 15 days may be condoned. 4.

In view thereof, delay of 15 days caused in filing the petition is condoned. Motion is disposed of with no order as to costs. Order accordingly.
