Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) The name of the Defendant No. 22 in the title of the above Suit as well as in other proceedings in the said Suit be corrected and read as 'Neelabai Govind Thombre Alias Leelabai Govind Thombre Alias Lilabai Govind Thombre; and accordingly the necessary amendment be ordered to be carried out by the Plaintiff.
