The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner admits that the Petitioner's structure was demolished by the Municipal Corporation and that the Petitioner has reconstructed it without permission. The impugned notice dated 4th December, 2015 is under Section 354A of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888.

As the structure which was demolished has been admittedly reconstructed by the Petitioner without obtaining permission of any Competent Authority, no case for any interference is made out. Writ Petition is rejected.
