Heard the counsel and also considered the chamber summons. This is a chamber summons for leave to amend the plaint. Ms. Shah states that plaintiff is already in resolution process before NCLT, Mumbai. Ms. Shah states that writ of summons is yet to be served on defendants.

Therefore, chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a) and (b). All defences that defendants may wish to take are kept open to be taken in the written statement.

Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended plaint to be served within four weeks from today.
