From the record, I find that this Company Petition has been filed by the Petitioner against two different companies, namely, M/s Elder Instruments Pvt. Ltd. and M/s Elder Pharmaceutical Ltd. Even the prayer clauses in the Company Petition seek winding up of both these companies. I failed to understand, how one Company Petition has been filed seeking to wind up two different companies. Be that as it may, since none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner on the last occasion, the matter was directed to be placed today for dismissal. Even today, none appears on behalf of the Petitioner.
