Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. The Writ Petition filed by the Applicant was dismissed under the orders of the Prothonotary and Senior Master in exercise of powers under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court, Original Side Rules. In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c) subject to the condition of the Applicant removing all office objections in the Writ Petition within a period of four weeks from today.
