This Arbitration Petition has been filed under section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 seeking an extension of time for a period of six months to complete the arbitration proceedings and pass a final award. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner tenders a letter dated 14th December 2018 addressed to the Advocates for Respondents before the Arbitral Tribunal evidencing the service of this Arbitration Petition. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner states that he shall file the affidavit of VRD 1/2

ARBPL1565.18.doc service annexing a copy of this letter within a period of one week frm today. The statement is accepted.

Considering that the Respondents have been duly served with this Arbitration petition, for the reasons stated therein, the time to complete arbitration proceedings and pass a final award is extended by a period of six months from today.

Arbitration Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
