By this application, the defendants are seeking condonation of delay of 20 days in filing the written statement. Although, the prayer made in the present application is opposed on behalf of the plaintiff, this Court is satisfied that in paragraph No.7 of the application, sufficient ground for condonation of delay has been made out.
