After several arguments, Mr Narula seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to make an application to the Slum Rehabilitation Authority for the grant of Commencement Certificate on the strength of the circular that is annexed to the Affidavit in Rejoinder. Leave granted with liberty as prayed. 2.

If any such application is made, this will be decided on its merits.
