This is a matter assigned to this Court by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice per the extant assignment. The matter was listed last week when the defendants were not represented and the matter was stood over till 1/2 16-NMS-151-2019-NMS-2387-2018-S-1412-2018 rrpillai
date. I am informed that there is an email request titled "Leave Note" setting out that this matter at Sr. No. 16 may not be taken up today. Copies are marked to the Prothonotary and Senior Master and the Registrar General. Defendant no. 2 does not appear to be on the Video Conference. It appears that the link has already been sent to her which is the reason the email has been addressed to the registry. 2.
Mr. Patil on behalf of the plaintiff states that plaintiff no. 1 has expired and he has instructions to make application for bringing heirs on record. Since leave note is now sent to the registry and it has been brought to my notice as well, I stand over the matter by two weeks in order to enable the plaintiff to make their application for bringing heirs on record and for the defendants to be represented. Intimation of the next date shall be given to defendant no. 2 by the Plaintiff Advocate. 3.
