Heard Ms. Kadam, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

Present Misc. Petition is filed by the Petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of deceased Hamir Nanji Solanki. The names of the legal heirs of the deceased are mentioned in paragraph No. 4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No. 6 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 3.

Consent affidavit dated 20.12.2022 of Punabai Nanji Solanki has been filed on record giving her consent. 4.

In view of the above, present Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "(a) That a Legal Heirship Certificate be issued under the provision of Bombay Regulation Act VIII of 1827 certifying that (1) Jayshree Hamir Solanki (the widow of the deceased and Petitioner herein) and (2) Punjabi Nanji Solanki (Mother of the deceased) are the only heirs and Legal representatives of the deceased abovenamed"
