2. Petitioner to correct the draft by mentioning correct date of affirmation of affidavit.

Furthermore, petitioner to file consent affidavit of the legal heirs of the deceased and mention the correct heading regarding the draft copy of agreement.

After compliance of the same, office is directed to place the draft along with necessary documents for approval as per the Rules.
