Heard.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is delay on their part to lodge order dated 06.09.2015 in the office of Court Receiver. He submits that settlement talks are going on with the Respondent. Hence, there is delay. He submits that petitioner undertakes to lodge order dated 09.09.2015 in the office of the Court Receiver within four weeks from today on the payment of earlier charges and costs. Statement is accepted.

14 CRR 747-15.doc a) Petitioner is permitted to lodge the order dated 09.09.2015 in the office of Court Receiver till 21.02.2016.
b) Petitioner to make all the charges and costs of the Court Receiver as per this report on or before 12.02.2016 failing which Court Receiver's appointment shall stands discharged for non lodgment of order without referring back to the Court.
c) If charges are not paid within stipulated time as stated herein above, Court Receiver is directed to place the matter on board for further directions.
d) Court Receiver's Report stands disposed of accordingly.
