Heard.

This Court by order dated 09.09.2015 in Arbitration Petition No. 734 of 2015 appointed the Court Receiver.

Court Receiver has submitted the report stating that the petitioner has not lodged the order for taking appropriate steps.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they require some time to lodge the order for appointment of Court Receiver. She further submits that petitioner is ready and willing to pay cost of Rs.3,000/- of Court Receiver in the office of Court Sneha Chavan 1/2

Considering this fact, the following order is passed:

a) If appropriate steps are not taken by the petitioner for lodging the order dated 09.09.2015 within two weeks from today, Court Receiver are treated as discharged in view of non lodgment of order by the petitioner.

b) Petitioner to pay cost of Rs.3000/- in the office of Court Receiver, High Court Bombay within two weeks from today.

c) If costs is not deposited within stipulated time as stated herein above, Court Receiver is directed to move before this Court for taking further directions.

d) Court Receiver's Report stands disposed of accordingly.
