By this application, the applicant/original petitioner is seeking restoration of the petition, which stood dismissed due to non-removal of the office objections. There is delay of 91 days in moving the present application and the applicant also prays for condonation of delay. 2.

In the application, it is pointed out that the office objections could not be removed, for the reason that the applicant is suffering from ailments and being an illiterate lady, she was not able to provide necessary documents within time for removal of the office objections. 3.
