The aforesaid arbitration petitions have been filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act" for short) seeking to challenge an interim order passed by the arbitral tribunal dated 24th November, 2018 under Section 17 of the Act. When matter is called out today, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner states on instructions that the petitioner wants to withdraw all the aforesaid petitions.
