The above Petition is filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The following order is passed by consent : (i) The learned Arbitrator shall decide all the reliefs sought in the above Petition and pass her Award within a period of four weeks from the date of this order. (ii)The parties shall appear before the learned Arbitrator on 25 th June, 2016 at 11.00 a.m., and obtain necessary directions. (iii)The interim order passed on 15-12-2015 to continue until further orders by the learned Arbitrator.
