A limited relief claimed in the present Writ Petition is for a direction to the Respondents to decide the representations made by the Petitioner dated 11/05/2007, 22/08/2009 and 04/08/2015. Taking into consideration the innocuous nature of the relief claimed, we direct the Respondents to decide the representations of the Petitioner in accordance with law and as far as possible in any case within a period of 3 months from today. We make it clear that we have not considered the merits of the matter and the Respondents would be at liberty to consider the representations of the Petitioner on their own merits and in accordance with law.
