Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents. The meaning of the order dated 19th November, 2015 is that the Petitioner while approaching the Civil Court can seek all the reliefs which are subject matter of the Writ Petition which is disposed of by order dated 19th November, 2015 provided it is permissible in law to claim such reliefs.
