The learned Counsel for the Petitioning Creditor as well as the learned Counsel for the Insolvent states that the entire dispute between the Petitioning Creditor and the Insolvent has been settled.

Consent Terms have already been signed and accordingly, the Notice of Motion filed in this Court has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Notice of Motion is disposed of on the ground of it having become infructuous.

Liberty is granted to the Insolvent to take out appropriate application seeking relief.
