This Chamber Summons is taken out for 'Directions' under Section 404 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules. It appears that the affidavit in support of caveat and affidavit of documents have already been served upon the Plaintiffs. Accordingly, the Defendant shall give inspection of the documents forming part of the affidavit of documents. As far as inspection is concerned, the learned Advocate for the Shivgan

In the circumstances, the Plaintiffs are desirous of seeking inspection. They are at liberty to make an appropriate application before the concerned police station if they so desire.
