Pursuant to the order dated 27th January, 2016 the Advocate for the petitioner has filed (i) a compilation consisting of a joint affidavit of the prospective adopted parents dated 10th February, 2016, (ii) an affidavit of Geeta Matta dated 27th January, 2016 and (iii) copy of a fixed deposit issued by the ICICI Bank for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-, (iv) an agreement for sale dated 16th July, 2013 in relation to a flat purchased by them in the building known as Beverly Hills at Pune. The relevant pages of

As far as the second flat is concerned, which is a flat in project known as Golden Horizon NIBM Pune, copies of only a few pages are filed. The learned Advocate is directed to file complete photo copies of the aforesaid two agreements. Meanwhile, Judges Order is signed separately.
