CORAM: S.C. DHARMADHIKARI & G.S. PATEL, JJ.
DATED:
22nd February 2016 PC:- 1.
On the earlier occasion and when Mr. Bulchandani raised the challenge to the impugned orders on several grounds, time was sought by the contesting Respondent - Canara Bank's Advocate to take instructions. At his request, the matter was posted today. 2.
On instructions from the competent officials and authorities in Canara Bank, it is informed to this Court that all the four orders which are impugned in the Writ Petition, which are Exhibits "A1" to "A4" would be withdrawn with liberty reserved to Canara Bank to pass such orders as are permissible in law.
19-WP150-16.DOC 3.
In the light of these instructions received and since none of the orders would now survive as withdrawn as stated today, we grant leave to Mr. Bulchandani to withdraw the Writ Petition as well. The issues are kept open for being adjudicated at an appropriate stage or in an appropriate case. We accept the statements made by Mr. Singh as undertakings to this Court, based on which the Writ Petition stands withdrawn.
