Mr. Kadam for Plaintiffs states that his attorneys have not been able to get any instructions from the Plaintiffs. The Plaintiffs' attorneys must file Chamber Order to obtain a discharge before the Prothonotary and Senior Master. They should do so on or before 22nd September 2016. The Prothonotary and Senior Master is directed to take up that matter and dispose it expeditiously and in any event on or before 18th October 2016.

List the Suit for directions on 21st October 2016. It is made clear that by that date I expect the Prothonotary and Senior Master 19th September 2016
