The Petition was dismissed for non-payment of Court fees. The Petitioner is a Public Charitable Trust. There were disputes before the Charity Commissioner. As a result, the Court fees could not be paid. Those disputes having now been resolved, the Court fees will be paid, I am assured, on or before 2nd December 2016. Subject to payment of Court fees and on production of proof of payment, the Petition is restored to file.
