Heard Mr. Badgujar, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

Present Misc. Petition is filed by the Petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of deceased Taherali Ibrahimji Kabira alias Taher Ali Ibrahimji Kabira alias Tayar Bhai Ibrahimji Kabira alias Taherali Kabira Bohri who expired on 29.03.1982. The names of the legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No. 4 of the Petition. Petitioner is the only surviving legal heir who is the married daughter of the deceased.

Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No. 6 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 3.

In view of the above, present Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:-

5. MPT 154-23.doc "(a) That a Legal Heirship Certificate be granted in favour of Petitioner along with heirs mentioned in Para 4 above certifying them as legal heirs of the said deceased under the provisions of Bombay Regulation Act, VIII of 1827 4.
