Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 state that the matter is settled as between the Petitioners, Respondent No.3 and Respondent No.4. They have tendered Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

We record the statement of the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners would submit a letter to MHADA withdrawing their Complaints against the Respondent No.3. Upon submission of the letter of withdrawal of the Complaints, the order of Shraddha Talekar PS

2/2 2-wp-1639-2019==.doc MHADA revoking the NOC of Respondent No.3 shall stand set aside. We also record the statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3 that Respondent No.3 would apply for revalidation of NOC and shall make necessary compliances including payment of revalidation fees. Upon making necessary compliances, MHADA shall revalidate the NOC within three weeks of the Application by Respondent No.3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms and the aforesaid directions.
