After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the applicant states that the conditional order passed by this Court on 1st March, 2017 insofar as Petition No.283 of 2014 is concerned be recalled and 12 weeks time be granted to remove all the office objections. Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within 12 weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted.
