The grievance made in the writ petition is that the Petitioner's representation dated 4th December 2018 is not decided by the Respondent-Corporation. Learned counsel for the RespondentCorporation, on instructions, makes a statement that the said representation is decided on 13th December 2018. She submitted that order will be communicated to the Petitioner within the period of one week from today. Statement accepted.

In the light of statement, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh one challenging the order passed by the RespondentCorporation on the Petitioner's representation. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is patilsr 1 / 2

disposed of.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

In order to enable the Petitioner to file fresh petition, status quo regarding the subject structure shall be maintained for the period of 10 days from today.
