Heard.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that they may be permitted to lodge the order passed by this Court on 25.06.2014 in Arbitration Petition Lodging No. 450 of 2014 in the office of Court Receiver within three weeks from today. He further submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the entire costs of the present as well as earlier report in the office of the Court Receiver within two weeks from today.
The statement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted.

a) The petitioner to pay cost of the present report as well as the earlier report No. 18 of 2015 to the Court Receiver within two weeks from today, failing which Court Receiver shall stands discharged without referring back to the court .
b) If cost is deposited as stated hereinbaove, the liberty granted to the petitioner to lodge the order dated 25.06.2014 passed by this Court in Arbitration Petition (L) No. 450 of 2014 for taking appropriate steps.
c) If the order is not lodged in the office of the Court Receiver within three weeks from today, the Court Receiver shall stands discharged without referring back to the court and in that case petitioner to pay all charges and cost of Court Receiver within four weeks.
d) If cost and charges are not paid, liberty to Court Receiver to mention the matter for further orders.
e) Court Receiver's Report stands disposed of accordingly.
