1. The parties have settled their disputes.

2. It is submitted that on 22nd June 2023, the Defendant transferred a sum of Rs.60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Lacs) to the Plaintiff via RTGS/NEFT (UTR Reference No. 000000003989) towards refund of security deposit.

3. The Plaintiff confirms receipt thereof in full and final settlement of their claims.

4. Both parties withdraw all allegations and claims against each other and confirm that they have no further claims against each other and further confirm that they have no further claims whatsoever against each other.

5. In view of the above, the Plaintiff seeks liberty to withdraw the suit.

6. Accordingly, the suit stands dismissed as withdrawn.

7. The summons for Judgment and summary suit does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.

8. Summary Suit also disposed of.

9. Refund of court fees as per High Court Rules. 10.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of the order.
