The learned counsel for the Plaintiff states that the Suit was dismissed as withdrawn on 15.3.2004. The receiver has since filed his report. The 2nd Assistant Court Receiver states that although the suit was dismissed as withdrawn, the order appointing receiver continues. The Receiver is yet to be discharged. Accordingly, the Receiver seeks a direction for his discharge without passing of his accounts subject to payment of his costs and charges. The learned counsel for the Plaintiff undertakes to pay charges, cost and expenses of the Receiver within a Shivgan
