The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (c), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that the Plaintiff may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2370/- with the Court Receiver towards payment of costs, charges and expenses within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court ; (c) Costs of this report be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- and the Plaintiff may be directed to pay the same to the Court Receiver". 2.

The dues of the Court Receiver including costs shall be paid by the Plaintiff within a period of two weeks from today. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
