The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (c), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that the Plaintiff may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,445/- with the Court Receiver towards payment of costs, charges and expenses within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court ;

(c) costs of this report be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- and the Plaintiff may be directed to pay the same to the Court Receiver". 2.

The Assistant Manager of the Plaintiff undertakes to pay the dues of the Court Receiver including costs, within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. The Report is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
