The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing of accounts and Plaintiff may be directed to pay costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver, as per the provisional statement of accounts prepared by this registry upon taking inspection (b) Costs of Rs.3,000/- towards this report be awarded against Plaintiff".

The dues of the Court Receiver including costs shall be paid by the Plaintiff within a period of two weeks from today. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
