Ms. Yogini Chauhan, Deputy Official Liquidator present. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 05th FEBRUARY, 2016 P.C.:- The Official Liquidator states that the Noticees as mentioned in paragraph 2 of the Official Liquidator's Report have been served a copy of the Official Liquidator's Report. Despite that nobody is present for the ex-directors. They have also not filed any reply to the Official Liquidator's Report.

Therefore, having considered the contents of the Official Liquidator's Report, it is a fit case to grant the reliefs as sought. Gauri Gaekwad
