Heard. Mr. E.N.V. Raman, Legal Officer of the Petitioner submits that they have no objection if Court Receiver's report is made absolute. He submits that the Petitioner is ready and willing to pay cost of this report as well as other charges of the Court Receiver within 4 weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

2.

Considering the submissions made by Mr.

E.N.V. Raman, Legal Officer of the Petitioner, following order is passed:

a.

Court Receiver's report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read thus:

8.673.15-crr (a) Petitioner may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,716/- towards costs, charges and expenses of Court Receiver as per Final Statement of Accounts within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court along with interest at the rate as Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper from the date of preparing Final Statement of Accounts.

(b) Costs of this report may please be awarded in the sum of Rs.3000/- and incidental expenses.

Four weeks time is granted to the Petitioner to pay Court Receiver's charges, without any interest.

c.

If amount is not paid within time, petitioner shall pay interest @ 9% p.a. from due date till full payment.

d.

If the Court Receiver's charges are not paid within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, liberty granted to the Court Receiver to move before this court.

e.

Court Receiver's report stands disposed of accordingly.
