Mr. Vinod Sharma, Official Liquidator present. Ms. Yogini Chauhan, Deputy Official Liquidator present. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 05th FEBRUARY, 2016 P.C.:- Mr. Vivek Patil, counsel appearing for one of the ex-director of the company - Mr. Akash Khurana states that the statement of affairs is ready but due to oversight only the affidavit in support has been notarized and not the statement of affairs. The counsel further states that latest by tomorrow, i.e., 6th February, 2016 the statement of affairs will be filed in the office of the Official Gauri Gaekwad

The Official Liquidator submits that they have had spent a lot of time in trying to procure the statement of affairs and also in preparing the Official Liquidator's Report. The Official Liquidator also submits that the ex-director should be put to terms. The ex-director to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as cost to the Official Liquidator. The counsel for the ex-director states that this amount will be paid by tomorrow, i.e., 6 th January, 2016. The counsel also states that the ex-director will co-operate with the Official Liquidator and provide all further documents, if necessary and also attend the office of the Official Liquidator at the time and date fixed, as and when intimated by the Official Liquidator. The undertaking is accepted.

The Official Liquidator's Report accordingly stands disposed.
