This report of the Court Receiver is for his discharge in view of non-lodgment of the order by the petitioner. Ms. Pednekar, the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the Court Receiver may be discharged. The Court Receiver is therefore discharged without taking accounts. The petitioner, however, shall pay costs of the Court Receiver quantified at Rs.3,000/- within a period of two weeks from today. The Court Receiver's report stands disposed off accordingly. (SMT.
