This Motion has been taken for seeking early hearing of Income Tax Appeal No. 512 of 2007.

The reason for seeking an early hearing as made out in the afÏdavit in support that the prosecution arising out of same cause has now reached an advanced stage before the Criminal Court. The early hearing and disposal of this appeal would assist the parties in knowing where they stand, which would assist them in the criminal proceedings.
