DATED :- MARCH 30, 2016 P.C. :- After the petition was argued for sometime, Mr. Vashi learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners states that on account of an arrangement and privately arrived at with respondent no. 5, he has instructions not to press this petition. However, the petitioners have instructed him to seek liberty from this court to file a fresh petition against the statutory authorities in the event the arrangements as are carved out and agreed do not go through.

914-WPL.3493.2015.doc 2) After having heard Mr. Vashi, we allow the writ petition to be withdrawn, but any further steps and proceedings if furnishing a fresh cause of action, we have no doubt that absence of leave would not be fatal. In any event, if there is any grievance which is still not redressed, the petitioners are free to file appropriate proceedings at appropriate stage. 3) The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as above.
