The counsel state that the Valuer from Chennai be appointed. Therefore, G.K. Associates, having their office at Flat No.2, Ground Floor, Bharat Classic Flat, Plot No.I & J, New Door No.8A, Sixth Street, Brindavan Nagar, Valasaravakkam, Chennai - 600 087 (email id - gkassociate@gmail.com, mobile number - 9941174127), is appointed as Architect/Valuer. The fees of the Valuer to be paid at the first instance by applicant.

While doing the exercise, the Valuer to consider the municipal approved plans, measure the area and give the report. The report to be given to the Court Receiver in a sealed envelope with three extra copies. The Gauri Gaekwad

Mr. Shete states that judgment debtor will extend all co-operation and also give copy of the plans to the Valuer and his client will also remain present at the time of inspecting the premises. The representative of judgment creditor/applicant shall also remain present. Court Receiver's Report accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause - (b).
